Processing time

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays). You'll receive a confirmation email when your order is placed and a shipping confirmation with a tracking number once it ships.

Delivery times

• United States: 6–10 business days after shipping
• United Kingdom: 6–10 business days after shipping
• Canada, Australia, New Zealand and other countries: delivery estimates are shown at checkout

Delivery times are estimates and can be affected by carrier delays, customs processing, weather or peak seasons.

Shipping rates

Shipping rates and any free-shipping offers are calculated and shown at checkout before you pay.

Tracking your order

Use the tracking link in your shipping confirmation email to follow your package. If your tracking hasn't updated for 7 days, email us and we'll look into it.

Customs, duties and taxes

Any duties or import taxes due in your country are shown at checkout where applicable.

Wrong address

Please double-check your shipping address. If you notice a mistake, email us as soon as possible — we can update it only before the order ships.

Lost or damaged packages

If your package is marked delivered but you can't find it, or it arrives damaged, email us within 14 days at contact@dremnor.com and we'll help.
